    Master Sgt. Brad Tipton, 84th Test and Evaluation Squadron, was recently named 10th Air Force's Aviation Resource Manager Senior Noncommissioned Officer of 2010. Sergeant Tipton goes on to compete at the Air Force Reserve Command level.
