Lt. Col. Trevor Rosenburg, Profession of Arms Center of Excellence course instructor, teaches attendees about efficient communication methods during an Enhancing Human Capital presentation Jan. 6 at the Nellis Air Force Base enlisted club. During each of the six hour courses, attendees worked through group exercises and interacted with the instructor to learn how to elevate themselves as individuals, while improving those around them in the process.
