The 926th Security Forces Squadron’s Quick Reaction Force recently participated in a U.S. Special Operations Command-run exercise that helps prepare U.S. Navy SEALs for deployments by training them how to teach their techniques to others. The QRF was run through scenarios such as building clearing, securing Forward Operating Bases, and defending compounds, and then provided feedback to the SEALs about their training methods. The QRF is a 13-person team that stood up here in March 2016 due to the increased need for people to fill short-notice taskings. Members are hand-selected by the 926th SFS logistics superintendent for their physical fitness standards and availability to quickly travel.
