Dwayne Jackson (right) receives the 926th Group's semi-annual award in the non-commissioned officer category for the January through June 2009 period from Col. Herman Brunke, 926th GP commander, here Oct. 3. As part of the 926th Mission Support Squadron, Sergeant Jackson is responsible for leading and coordinating day-to-day security program operations for the group. He implements Department of Defense, USAF and major command policies, and develops local procedures for the classification and protection of classified national defense and other sensitive information originated or controlled by installation activities. Sergeant Jackson also establishes local procedures for processing requests for security clearances for military and civilian personnel. Additionally, he ensures requests for security clearances are properly screened and that all necessary forms have been completed.
