78th Reconnaissance Squadron welcomes its first non-prior service recruit

CREECH AIR FORCE BASE, Nev. -- Airman Aaron Jacobson (right) is sworn into the U.S. Air Force by Lt. Col. John Myers, 78th Reconnaissance Squadron commander, during a Unit Training Assembly here on Jan. 13. Airman Jacobson is a Mission Intelligence Coordinator and the squadron's first non-prior service recruit. As a MIC, he supports Remotely Piloted Aircraft combat missions by providing diverse mission coordination with ground forces, collecting target information, and ensuring aircrews understand mission flow and taskings.
