706th Fighter Squadron resource manager named best in numbered Air Force Published Feb. 18, 2010 926th Group public affairs NELLIS AIR FORCE BASE, Nev. -- Master Sgt. MaryAnn Martin, 706th Fighter Squadron, was named 10th Air Force's Outstanding Air Force Aviation Resource Manager in the Senior Non-commissioned Officer category on Feb. 16. Sergeant Martin secured the award by establishing strong relationships with Regular Air Force units through in-processing all Reserve aviators at Nellis with no mission downtime, managing a $99,000 budget and resourcing more than 76 pilots, and recertifying 10 Remotely Piloted Vehicle pilots to engage in Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom, among many other accomplishments. Additionally, Sergeant Martin is the official voice of the A-10 aircraft cockpit threat warning system.
