926th Group Education and Training Manager competes, wins at AFRC level

NELLIS AIR FORCE BASE, Nev. -- Tech. Sgt. Lee McKinstry, 926th Mission Support Squadron, was named Air Force Reserve Command's Education and Training Non-commissioned Officer of the Year on Feb. 22. He had previously won the same award at the 10th Air Force level.
