Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve recruiting NV chair

NELLIS AIR FORCE BASE, Nev. -- Nevada's Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve organization is looking to fill its volunteer state chair position. State chairs garner support from all identified Reserve Component employers, advocate for Reserve Component employers within the Department of Defense, educate customers and stakeholders, assist in the identification and coordination of employment opportunities for military members, and serve as an additional resource for support of military family members.

The ESGR is a liaison between Reserve and Guard members and their civilian employers. The Department of Defense organization serves to advocate relevant initiatives, recognize outstanding support, increase awareness of applicable laws, and resolve conflict between employers and service members.
