A 926th Aircraft Maintenence Squadron member was recently presented the General Lew Allen, Jr. Award for his performance as an F-16 flightline expediter here.

Master Sgt. Seth Little, a full-time reservist integrated into the Viper Aircraft Maintenance Unit, is responsible for controlling aircraft on the flightline, ensuring manpower and equipment are available, and managing a flying schedule.

Sergeant Little was recognized at the Air Force Reserve Command level for leading 112 crew chiefs and more than 25 F-16s, guiding Viper AMU to a 91.5 percent quality assurance pass rate in 2010, and overseeing the Air Force's first Group VI Digital Electronic Engine Control upgrade, among many other accomplishments.

As the first Air Reserve Technician integrated into the Regular Air Force's 57th Maintenance Group here, Sergeant Little has fulfilled many roles, to include augmenting production superintendent duties during a RegAF manning shortfall.
