Brian Silkey, 84th Test and Evaluation Squadron commander, receives the guideon from Col. Herman Brunke, Jr., 926th Group commander (left) during an assumption of command ceremony at the Air Force Armament Museum on Sept. 6. Colonel Silkey is responsible for leading the squadron in its mission of providing long-term continuity and credibility to the 53rd Wing, Eglin AFB by integrating highly-experienced aircrew, maintenance, intelligence and communications specialists.
