Military Network Access Needed for vPC

MILITARY NETWORK ACCESS NEEDED FOR VPC: Due to recent security enhancements, customers who are attempting to access vPC from a commercial or home connection, without first connecting through a military VPN (Virtual Private Network) with a military issued computer, will be blocked. This applies to all customers regardless of myPers authentication method.  

Technicians are working diligently to restore non-military network access and anticipate corrective action in one to two weeks.  If you have an urgent need, please contact the Total Force Service Center at 1-800-525-0102. We apologize for any inconvenience.
