    When I first joined the guard in March of 1996 I didn't know what Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve was or if there was ESGR representation on our base. I didn't know I had rights as a reservist, or what those rights were. I was told by my civilian employer that I had to use my vacation days to do my two weeks annual training for my unit. I

    First Sergeant Selection Board packages extended until Sep. 15

    The 926th Group is scheduled to conduct a First Sergeant Selection Board on Oct. 2, 2009. Highly motivated professionals in the grade of senior master sergeant, master sergeant and technical sergeant (eligible for immediate promotion to master sergeant) are eligible to apply.     926th Mission Support Squadron gains new commander
