10th Air Force commander visits Nellis reservists

NELLIS AIR FORCE BASE, Nev. -- Maj. Gen. Frank Padilla, 10th Air Force commander (left), speaks with Maj. Amy Boehle, 926th Mission Support Squadron commander, and other 926th Group members during his visit here Jan. 14. General Padilla came to Nellis to participate in Air Combat Command's annual Weapons and Tactics Conference, hosted by the United States Air Force Warfare Center. WEPTAC brings together hundreds of warfighters from the Combat Air Forces to discuss current and future issues, and provide solutions for joint employment of forces. The conference produces a prioritized test list that the USAFWC is responsible for executing. As a unit associated with the USAFWC, the 926th GP is integral to accomplishing the Operational Testing and Evaluation, and Tactics, Development and Evaluation operations from this list. General Padilla represents all Air Force Reserve Command forces operating in CAF missions, and fully supports the 926th GP in its Total Force Integration role within the USAFWC.
