Civilian recognized as best in 10th Air Force Published Dec. 10, 2009 926th Group public affairs NELLIS AIR FORCE BASE, Nev. -- Debra Kent was selected as the Force Support Command Staff (Administrative) Specialist of the Year by 10th Air Force on Dec. 6. Ms. Kent is the administrative assistant for the 926th Mission Support Squadron, responsible for processing all orders and travel vouchers, ensuring members are paid, buying unit supplies, serving as the timekeeper for the squadron and several other units in the 926th Group, and training new personnel on administrative processes. She secured the award by cultivating five programs in support of 32 reservists, creating a lodging program from the ground up, managing an $8.9 million government purchase card program, and improving the orders and travel voucher system to pay members twice as fast, among many other accomplishments.
