Field Grade Officer recognized as best in 10th Air Force Published Dec. 9, 2009 926th Group public affairs NELLIS AIR FORCE BASE, Nev. -- Maj. Alexis Kellett was awarded Force Support Reserve Component Field Grade Officer of the Year by 10th Air Force on Dec. 6. Major Kellett is the mission personnel flight chief for the 926th Mission Support Squadron. She secured the award for her manning expertise for Air Force Reserve Command's fastest-growing group, managing six officer promotion boards, improving ancillary training by 45 percent, decreasing new personnel in-processing time by 35 percent, and leading hiring efforts of 49 members, among many other accomplishments.
