Major DANIELLE L. DALEY

Major Danielle Daley is the Commander, 926th Force Support Squadron, 926th Airlift Wing, Nellis Air Force Base, NV. As the Commander she is responsible for overseeing 102 personnel assigned to the unit, while serving as the lead advisor regarding HHQ policy directives for Training, Mission Support, Organization, Personnel & Readiness in support of 1.5K personnel.

Major Daley commissioned through Air Force ROTC in December 2010 from East Carolina University, Greenville, NC. She served on Active Duty for 5 years prior to her transition to the Reserves. Upon commissioning she was assigned to the 18th Force Support Squadron at Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, JP where she served in many capacities such as the Officer in Charge of Education and Training, Deputy Commander, Community Services Flight, and Chief, Military Personnel Flight. Throughout her career, Major Daley has served in many facets of the Force Support career field to include leading the base Honor Guard program at Kadena Air Base and most recently at Pittsburgh Air Reserve Station. In 2015, Major Daley transitioned from active duty to the reserves. She served one year as the 934th Sustainment Services Flight Commander in Minneapolis, leading a team of 30 in Mortuary Affairs, Food Services, Lodging, MWR, and Fitness supporting over 1,400 wing members. In 2016, Major Daley got assigned to the 445th Force Support Squadron at Wright Patterson Air Force Base where she stood up the squadron readiness office. During her time at Wright Patterson, Major Daley was hand selected by the active duty Force Support Squadron Director to serve as the interim Deputy Commander for six months. Overseeing over $650K in small project submissions and leading the conversion of the civilian welfare fund to the moral welfare readiness funds. Major Daley's exceptional leadership throughout her career resulted in her teams winning the 2013 Gerrit D. Foster Award, Best Community Services Flight in the Air Force 2018, Best Manpower Flight 2020, Best Community Services Flight 2020, and Company Grade Officer of the Year 2020.
